Individual Therapy

Some clients prefer to meet in short blocks of time. While others prefer to stay awhile and really process. To accommodate your preferred session length, I offer both 1-hour and 2-hour sessions.

My current fees for Individual Therapy are $150 per 1-hour session and $250 per 2-hour session. I also hold certain spots in my schedule for reduced fee clients. If you are in financial need, please ask about my availability.

Couples Therapy

I am a Gottman Method Level 1 Certified Couple Therapist. Some couples prefer to meet in short blocks of time. While others prefer to stay awhile and really process. To accommodate your preferred session length, I offer both 1-hour and 2-hour sessions.

My current fees for Couples Therapy are $200 per 1-hour session and $350 per 2-hour session.

Payment

I accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit/HSA cards for fee payments.

My therapy practice is out of network for insurance. Therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or benefit plan. If you choose to request reimbursement, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier. Here are some questions for your insurance provider that may be helpful if you choose to use insurance:

  • Does my plan cover mental health services for out of network providers? If so then …

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year will my plan reimburse?

  • What is the reimbursement amount per therapy session?

  • Is a referral required from my primary care physician prior to starting therapy?

  • What is the process for submitting out of network claims?
