Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m so happy you’re here
It takes courage to reach out — and you're not doing it alone. Most people arrive carrying something they've held a long time, often longer than they realize. You don't need the right words for it, or a diagnosis, to begin. The way I practice, therapy is about more than coping. It's about understanding why you do what you do — and finding that most of it once made sense. The patterns that feel like problems now were usually solutions once: the ways you learned to stay safe, stay close, or keep going. Together we understand them, honor what they did, and update the ones that have started to cost you more than they protect. Whatever led you here, there's a way through — and you're welcome to start it with me.
